Kellen messing with the candles kind of makes him want to reach and and nudge them, just to get a reaction, but he keeps his sneaky little hands to himself for now, resting his head sideways on his knees to watch Kellen smoke and talk.
"Your brother." He nods once, like that explains Kellen's smoking habit, or at least it's increase, but quickly he regrets mentioning Leech, as he isn't sure he ever wants to meet the guy. He's like the ghost in the cellar that only comes out to punish the wicked, and Kyle isn't too keen on that whole idea.
"Yeah, think mom was sick a long time ago, wanted to go there and like, live in the sunshine or something. But she got better and we just stayed. Kind of a weird place sometimes." The question has his biting a nail again and nodding, "Yeah, think they'll stay forever. Mom wants to be a Disney princess, I think."
